The Bellary Z.P has 189 Grama Panchayat. The Grama Panchayat implement 4 schemes at the total outlay of 810.45 lakhs which constitute 12.45% of the total plan outlay. The Schemes implemented by G.P are:
  1. Jawahar Grama Samurdi.(JGSY).
  2. Maintenance of mini and piped water supply schemes.
  3. Development works taken out of G.P funds and grants received from the government.
